]]> Everything has a beginning and an end: At the 9th of December, 2019, 11 GCE students travelled to Munich to attend the official graduation ceremony of the Elite Network of Bavaria. In total, 21 GCE students graduated in 2019 but some have already been on other places in Germany and the world in December.
The Elite Network of Bavaria had organised a program for the whole afternoon and evening: Speeches, music and the handing over of the certificates alternated. The certificates were handed over to the students by Dr Rolf-Dieter Jungk, Head of the Bavarian Ministry of Science and Art. Professor Dr Metin Tolan from the Technical University of Dortmund gave the evening lecture with the title “Shaken, not stirred! James Bond in the sights of physics”.
